An unconventional platformer video game that addresses how miscommunication can occur when we use selective hearing.

In Miscommunication, the player jumps from platform to platform avoiding and squashing message themed enemies. However, each time the player lands on a platform, a piece of argumentative conversation is spoken. The player reveals this person’s criticisms through each step, but there is no set path, and depending what path a player takes the context and tone of the argument can vary drastically.

There are three levels: a conversation with your mother, your boyfriend, and yourself. The third level being the boss level which takes a different format than the platformer levels.
